7 Essex is the first new ground-up poured-in-place concrete super-structure completed on the Lower East Side's Seward Park in decades. Through the assemblage of three adjoining lots, the location allowed for the ground-up construction of a new park-front residential tower.

The resulting floor-through homes have some of the most striking views of Brooklyn, the Financial District, Midtown and New York Harbor available to any downtown residential loft building.
