Joe McMillan - Principal and Co-Founder. Having previously invested together, Joe McMillan co-founded Vesta Equities with fellow Principal and Co-Founder Chris Prokop.

Joe's prior experience includes over a dozen years of expertise in private equity investing, corporate finance, investment banking and real estate. Prior to co-founding Vesta Equities, Joe was with Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (NYSE: OZM), where he was a member of the U.S. private equity team responsible for expanding that business. His additional experience includes over eight years with Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL), and Greenhill Capital Partners, LLC where he was a Principal and initial member of the Greenhill Capital Partners, LLC investing team. Joe also previously served in the U.S. Army.

Joe jointly leads the strategic vision and investor relations of Vesta Equities and implements key development roles including new business initiatives, investment sourcing, acquisition, debt financing, design, and marketing, as well as managing day-to-day operations.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Concentration in Finance from The University of Virginia. He is actively involved in and a strong supporter of various community and philanthropic organizations in and around New York.

Chris Prokop - Principal and Co-Founder. Having previously invested together, Chris Prokop co-founded Vesta Equities with fellow Principal and Co-Founder Joe McMillan.

Chris has dedicated the majority of his career to being a real estate entrepreneur. His passion for real estate combined with creativity and business acumen has created unique, exciting and profitable developments. He plays an instrumental role bringing projects from concept through completion. His recent focus has been on boutique high-end residential condominium conversions in Manhattan. Having grown up in the real estate development business, Chris has been actively involved in a variety of projects including commercial and medical office development and management, historic restoration, master planned townhouse development, and resort property development and management.

Chris jointly leads the strategic vision and investor relations of Vesta Equities and implements key development roles including new business initiatives, investment sourcing, acquisition, debt financing, design, and marketing, as well as managing day-to-day operations.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ithaca College and a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University. He is a strong believer in community involvement and actively supports various philanthropic and community organizations.
